While we're driving all over Fort Collins and Larimer County, whipping up drinks for the caffeine lovers of northern Colorado, we're also happy to bring the bus to you for your very own special event. Imagine entertaining family, friends or co-workers by bringing the coffeehouse experience to them!
The Coffee Stop can be booked for Private and Public Events. (All events last two (2) hours unless otherwise specified.)
A Private Event is one not open to the general public such as a corporate event or special event like a wedding, or graduation or birthday party. At Private Events, the organizer can either pay a pre-determined amount up front, allowing guests to order drinks and food until that amount is exhausted, or leave an open tab for guests to order drinks and food and pay the total bill at the conclusion of the event.
A Public Event is one open to the general public such as a community gathering, festival or fundraiser. The organizer estimates the number of attendees and the period of service. At Public Events, guests pay for the drinks and food they order.
A Fundraiser is a Public Event that typically includes a donation by The Coffee Stop based on adjusted gross sales.
Events are subject to an event minimum fee and service charge.
